Syn FREE Microwave 1 clove garlic, 1 stick of celery',1/2 green & 1/2 yellow pepper and one small shallot on full power for 2-3 minutes. Add a small tin of chopped tomatoes and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Season and stir and microwave for 2 more minutes. Add 125g of cooked rice and 180g cooked prawns and microwave for 2 more minutes. Serve straight away.
